After a burner went out on the cooktop, it took 5 cancelled service appointments for Thermador to come out and 'fix' the appliance. When he finally showed, the component he brought was broken. Customer services was rude and unhelpful and was not able to give me an accurate ETA on the new part. Thermador might have nice looking products, but as a company, they do NOT stand behind their service!!
